The former lord of Grimsburg was executed during the Storveggan invasion in 996, on the day of the battle that restored Grimsburg to its rightful owners, lord Wheelsby returned as an undead creature at the head of a skeletal army. He is currently raising another army to attack Grimsburg and take it as his own. Most believe him to be some sort of lich currently.

Notice: Big evil axe thing, Blue band and lots of chain. That's how you know it's him.

An axe-wielding Storveggan bandit left over from Nathaniel's big raid and follower of the Sereklan. He promoted himself as a folk hero amongst the farmers out of town defending the peasants from foulspawn, who in all probability he had paid to make the attacks.
In recent events he was wounded by a werewolf known as the Linshire beast and escaped, ironically a priest of Longstor then cured the Linshire beast of Lycanthropy but blood axe remains at large. He is currently the leader of a band of men known as the Blue Arm Bandits and is currently fighting against The Master.

The Master. One nasty piece of work. He is currently making a huge demon army to take over Grimsburgh. The adventurers have had no luck in combating him in the past.

Name: Nathaniel Lovecraft

Been around since: pre 995

Current objective: To Destroy Shards colony

This witch specializes in demonology and has been a thorn in Grimsburgh's side for over a decade. His most recent plan was the Storveggan invasion which almost resulted in success, until the adventuring community defeated him once again. Cursed by his demonic master he remained on the Wheelsby estate with his arch nemesis Weelsby unable to die or leave the area. Recently he seems to have recovered some of his power and freedom as he was seen near Killinghome with armed locals bearing enchanted weapons.
The two were once at war but now seem to have joined forces against Grimsburg, the last encounter on the fields outside the town consisted of Wheelsby's undead and Nathaniel's demonic allies. Both have incorporated the aid of “red mask orcs” and human mercenaries as their mortal allies.

On the last two encounters with Nathaniel, he has appeared as Kinvel Rogoff and Ronnie Kray

Kashrack turned up in Grimsburgh around the same time as a huge cave thrust itself up out of the ground, revealing a Kryganite shrine.

Mirror Max has only ever been seen twice around Grimsburgh and seems to have something against Anax Bardon. He hasn't been seen around for some time now.

Etda was killed by Bloodaxe some time ago. His Holy symbol was handed to the adventurers of Grimsburgh as they were passing by Healingwell.

Apparently, Odgit is connected somehow with the disappearance of Mrs. Miggins food supplies, but no one can figure out how....

Whispers appeared at Healing well after a mission went out to remove heretics from the area. He now protects the village in un death.
In life, his name was Lord Cullan and was very protective of HIS people. He was sent over the edge when he saw his villagers, men, women and children getting staked to the walls of his keep by his enemies. Now he does what he can to protect the people around him.

Lord shard, half-orc and apparent Longstorian, has established a well-known colony of non-humans, lepers and outcasts within Bradley forest. He and his people have often aided Grimsburg against their many enemies, because of this, it is illegal to refer to them as foulspawn. They are considered citizens of Ithron and have full rights and privileges as such.

Name: High Mother Jordan Of Tralda

Been around since: Oh, not long

High Mother Jordan is a merchant dealing in fine wines. She is married to THE Mad Franky Fraiser who is also a merchant of sorts. She is renowned for her elegant physique and endless charm and has helped the adventurers of Grimsburgh on many occasions. Jordan has a bodyguard called Dwite who tends to here every wish.

Dibbler is a merchant of sorts. The most unsuccessful enterprising man in Grimsburgh. You ask for it and he will get it. He's a friendly chap and always up for a good deal. He has spent the last few months in Killinghome at the winter markets but now he has come home to Grimsburgh for some much needed drinking and stock taking.

Lord Weatherall (AKA Lord Caistel) has looked out for Grimsburgh for ages. His "no messing" policy has worked wonders for Grimsburgh.
